A Journey of Creativity, Healing, and Sound
Since 1997, Tamiko French has been weaving a tapestry of artistic expression and healing practices. With over 25 years of experience in dance performance and choreography, Tamiko's creative journey took an intriguing turn in 2009 when she began crafting crystal jewelry, blending her love for art with the natural world.
In 2011, Tamiko's fascination with crystal and sound energy blossomed, leading her to explore the intricate connections between science, nature, and what many might call the magic of energy work. This unique combination of interests has shaped her into a multidisciplinary creative force, offering a range of services from crystal consultations and healing to custom functional jewelry and movement exploration.
The year 2020 marked a significant shift in Tamiko's path. In response to the community's need for healing following the murder of George Floyd and the displacement of homeless individuals, she embraced sound healing as a powerful tool for creating safe, calm spaces. This addition to her repertoire not only served her community but also became an integral part of her own healing journey.
Tamiko's vibrationally charged work has found homes in various venues, including the Chicago Avenue Fire Arts Center, where she is both a teacher and a welding artist. Her sound healing services have been featured at Well Connected Twin Cities, SALT Salon and Spa, Abbott Hospital and Mother Baby Center, One Yoga, Watershed Spa, North Memorial Hospital, and St. Paul College. Her accreditation from the International Natural Healers Association further underscores her commitment to holistic healing practices.
